Why I can’t use bow, potions or throw stuff out of my inventory?

Why I can’t shoot a bow? And I can’t use potions or even throw items out of my inventory. Do anyone know the problem? Please help

That isn’t a pocketmine version... that’s the PHP version

 

https://github.com/pmmp/PocketMine-MP go to releases -> then to 3.0.0-ALPHA8

 

But some of our plugin is using Alpha 9

 

As dktapps has said many times, he recommends you to use the tagged version which last time I checked is ALPHA8.
