My host informed me that i had Pocketmine-MP 1.6.2dev-24 installed on it. What MCPE version does this pocketmine version support?

I am assuming your host meant this https://jenkins.pmmp.io/job/PocketMine-MP/24/ so that would be https://github.com/pmmp/PocketMine-.../src/pocketmine/network/protocol/Info.php#L34
