Tool Effects

    It means that You'll get efficiency and night vision effect when you breaked blocks by diamond tools (diamond pickaxe, shovel, sword, axe) but if you are not hold any diamond tools, your effect will be cleared :D

    By efficiency, do you mean haste or efficiency enchantment to the diamond tools?
