Tic Tac Toe Minigame plugin

Is there or can anyone make TicTacToe Minigame plugin for PocketMine?

I really hope this.

 

Please elaborate further, how would you want the game to be played? Chat? Blocks? Turtles?

 

In put items in item frame for example: gold = X iron = O

• First: definition the location with Minigame command pos1 pos2 of the game board and the location must be ItemFrame and The blocks 3x3
• Two: Number of players (2)
• Three: You can join to the game with Sign.
• Four: When game start every player have role for example if was (1) Player role (2) Player can't play.
• Five: In the game you will use Iron ingot instead (X) and Gold ingot instead (O).
• Six: If you want to put item on the item frame to play just tap on item frame.
• Seven: If any player is positioned 3 vertically, horizontally or tilted win if else and the item frame became full the game will end with draw.

Actually, it's a pretty great idea. I'd try coding if I had more spare time.
