Solved Teleporting between levels

Just want to know is it still having issue when you teleport between levels in PocketMine?
Because I have seen some other people do not have any issue but me, however, popping up error and crash my server

 

Well, when I teleport between worlds (using warps and SignPortal plugin), it takes time for the world to load, -or sometimes it doesn't even load- but I get no errors.

What do you use to teleport between worlds?

 

Well...It's a bit hard to explain because I use may put this thread in the wrong forum
