Specter for ALPHA-9

I want specter working on last build of API 3.0.0-ALPHA9

Thanks, it worked , but there was only error on line 121 with eid, so I replaced it with $eid = $packet->entityRuntimeId; and it worked!

 

please make an issue there then.
