Did you use your dynamic IP for joining? They change on router restart and, for most routers, every 24h. You have to use some dynamic IP service to get a hostname.

freenom does not seem to be a dynamic hostname provider. Your IP does change on router restart and, for most routers, every 24h. This means that you have to update your IP in freenom to your new IP. you can also do this automatically with for example this
    script.

Keep in mind that freenom will delete your domain soon if it doesn't show a webpage!

    Explaination for dummies:
Freenom opens the domain every few days or so, and if it detects that it doesn't show a webpage when you open it in the browser, they will delete it

The IP will be changed when your modem reseted. Try to search at Google my ip and join the server, then try to update the IP in-game

Are you joining from an external network or locally? are you sure that the used port is available?

As you said that your IP is still the same, it's more or likely that Freenom blocked your domain.

Not possible, freenom will block it for like a month or so

you should delete your server from the mcpe server's list, then re add it by looking up the ip via http://www.whatsmyip.org/
you now should be able to join it
