how many player slot for 24GB of RAM and 10 cores?

 

Unless you are using an MCPE host that restricts setting slots, you can have as many player slots on a server as you like.

 

I use vps server

 

You can set the number of player slots in the server.properties file of your server.

If you are asking if you can have 260 player slots, then yes. You can have any number of slots.
