   Hello, I am looking for a Shrinking border plugin, what I'm looking for this plugin to do is that it starts at 1000x1000 and each 5 minutes it shrinks by 250 blocks and the players outside the border they get teleported to a random location. Feature:
   
   - Announce when its going to move *10 secs before it does*
