no, you cannot decrypt a hash function for a reason: it's not meant to be reversed like encryption vise BUT sha is old enough for it to be crackable, there's plenty of tools to do so... but just a heads up you will need decent processor to crack it
If you had used Google before asking this question here you would have known that you can't decode SHA256 because it is a one way hashing function.
