Server Stuck on "Syncing Pack With Server"

Is the device your using to join the server updated to the latest version of Minecraft?

 

Yes.

 

I have no idea if it's with the PHP bin but idk I would check.

Also I still use the 3.0.0-ALPHA6 version since the plugins are not updated to ALPHA7. Maybe stay with ALPHA6 until a stable version of ALPHA7 is published?

 

I just tried with my server and it works fine. I have PHP v7.0.18 binaries though so idk if that has anything to do with it.
