RGBArmor/Colorful Plugin Not working

Hello I have a problem that when I clicked the submit button of the RGBArmor Plugin it doesnt show the armor even I put the permission on the group

PocketMine version? You have to type /armor on

It sometimes creates errors with /reload due to the arrays.
