put maps from an old version of Minecraft to put on Pocketmine

Hello! I would like to know if you can fix an error when placing a map of another version of mcpe and Phar of PocketMine and when it will be put in the current PocketMine phar and when I put Tp on the map my server closes out of nowhere what is this ? has how to fix? help me

I don't directly see the message that says but says to close the console and just press any key that closes

este é o mapa que eu mesmo criei, criei em uma versão oficial do MCPE 1.1.5 e quero passar para a 1.14 MCBE

I think the world files are corrupted, try copying them again
