I was just wondering if there is a plugin that would allow me to set a message that would be sent to that user when they logged into my server.
So for every log in, the server would message that user with my MOTD.

Do you mean that everytime a player logs in you want the MOTD to be changed to that specific player's username?

No, I mean that if I set my message to "Hello and Welcome" then every time a user logs in, they will see (message from the server or however it needs to be) "Hello and Welcome" chatted to them when the world has loaded.
Sorry, I shouldn't have reference MOTD, that probably made it confusing with the exising MOTD of Pocketmine.

What I am thinking is this, I want to be able to give users a message (about new plugins added, things I've done, etc) every time they log on. But because they don't spawn in the area where I update my signs, I was wondering if messaging them on login is possible.
I guess a secondary option would be a way to force them to always enter the world in the same location.

That appears to be perfect. I will give that a try, thanks.
