Player entering a specific plot

I know the title doesn't describe much but heres what I need help with in more detail


so I got this factions plugin really awesome plugin, translated it and everything, but I want to do one thing with it. I want to know how I could add warzones, safezones and etc and a title popping up when they do enter the safezone, warzone, wild, and another factions plot
EXAMPLE: Title -> =-=WARZONE=-=
EXAMPLE 2: Title -> =-=SAFEZONE=-=
EXAMPLE 3: Title-> =-=WILD=-=
EXAMPLE 4: Title-> {Faction name} Subtitle -> {Faction Description}
Any ideas on how I could make this possible?
