Player can't open Chest/Trapdoors

Hello,Im am new here

I have a problem that a player cant open chest/trapdoors even OPed the player.How can I fix this?

 

Can we see your list of plugins? Do you have an area/spawn protection plugin that could cause this? Does this happen anywhere in the world, or just certain areas?

 

Did you mess with the chest and trapdoor php files?

I have WorldProtect plugin

 

Change the "touch" flag for your area to the opposite of what it is now.

 

What is touch flag?

 

Disregard my suggestion, I was thinking of a different plugin. Can I see your config?

 

NVM, Already fixed it.Just Changed the protect to false instead of true
