How do I create a repeating task that places a specific block on top of another specific block

Example:

Every 10s stone will be placed on top of a redstone block

 

The easiest way is to save coordinates of the blocks and then update them in repeating tasks

 

How do i do that

 

I would do that by saving it to a yml, since idk MYSQL. It is hard to explain here, but I could give you a full guide in the PMMP discord.
