Solved Other server dont crash but mine is crashing

Why other server isnt crashing even it is overloaded ? My server gets overloaded everytime thats why my players cant join my server and it says unable to connect to world. Is there anything I can do so my server wont crash/close even tho it is overloading ? or using so much ram ?

 

Can You please Post some of The Host specs? Oh And maybe The server properties too.
