Openssl problem

Hello,I luckily updated my php version to 7.2 but it seems i dont have openssl extension.The error is in image.Can someone help me to fix this?Or can you make xbox auth optional?

 

Where did you get your php binary from and what OS do you use?

 

I get php binary from https://github.com/shoki-3738/pmmp-Binary?files=1
And os is windows

 

I dont have added the extras,ext,dev etc. folders because server is on host and i cant add folders,but server opens with php 7.2

 

I wonder if pmmp will actually forward that error to the client.
