I am not quite sure that I know what you're asking but if I am correct what you're looking for is a plugin called Buycraft/Tebex. You must use their site builder to put together your webstore and install the Tebex plugin onto your PMMP server + set the identification key in the config. You can set it up so that when someone buys a package on your store it executes a certain command that you set.
