No Monsters,Animals in MCPE Server ( Linux Server)

Hi Everybody ,

I created my MinecraftServer, (Linux) yesterday. But when I join the server I notice that there was not animal, I even die of hungry 3 times in the game, so after a while I start notice that there was no monsters also, I went into my Config setting and everything look good, can somebody please tell me if there is another config file that allows to enable or disable monsters and animals in the server

That explain why no Mobs & Animals.
Quick question, is there any plugin I can use?
