Need a kill title plugin

Dors anyone have a plugin where it displays as a title that you have killed someone? I know this exists on certain PvP minigame plugins such as BuildUHC, but I’m just looking for one that will say as a title, ‘Killed (playername)!’ If anyone can help with this that would be great, if not, would anyone care to help me make one? I’m new to PHP.

?? Nah just a title saying KILLED {playername} or something

 

In the bossbar
It counts down for 3 seconds and says ($killplayer) killed ($killedplayer)
