My server isnt working with MCPE 1.1.0 (NewUpdate)

Btw I changed the name of my server before taking a pic again

 

That looks like a port forwarding problem. Can you still join the one without an motd?

Hey mate. I changed my version to 1.0.9 and Look

It worked. But when I change my version to 1.1.0
It just dont work

 

Nop. My Pc is on Windows8. And yes. I allowed it through my firewall

 

What does that mean, exactly? What happens when you remove all plugins?

it's even worst
non-LAN Server
"Unable to connect the world"

 

These are my plugins ._. And I tried to remove my plugins but yep. It didnt solve the issue
