Solved MSVCR100.dll

i got this message when I try create server

Starting Server.

(Pop up )

The Code execution cannot procced because MSVCR100.dll was not found. reinstall the program may fix this problem.

I tired reinstall didn’t work

try to run sfc /scannow in cmd or reinstall the c++ service packs.
