MobSpawner plugin

anyone know where i can get a mobspawner plugin?

This is something that PureEntititiesX can help you with, it is currently in a unstable state although it appears to be actively maintained. The plugins is currently located in a few places such as GitHub and Poggit. The issue tracker can be used to report issues with the currently unstable plugin.

 

I meant... a plugin to make mobs spawn from mob spawners

 

This does not seem to exist at the moment @Atomization, to my knowledge you would need to work with animations, and mob spawning packets.

If u only want spawner than copy and paste teaspoon or PureEntities register the block and tiles

You must not have tried TeaSpoon very thoroughly then. It has tons of them.
