I Try With Android And It Work Perfect
But I Still Thinking What Can Be!

Nothing Appears To Me On The Console With The Maximum Debug

I Will Check It With The New Versions

Oh, you can't join. Then you probably have the server on the same machine (Windows is no server os though )

Try entering
CheckNetIsolationLoopbackExempt -a -n="Microsoft.MinecraftUWP"
or
CheckNetIsolationLoopbackExempt -a -n="Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe"
in PowerShell
