The latest release that was stable is version 1.4.1 "Zekkou Cake" for MCPE version 0.10.x. There are no stable builds for the latest versions of the game, I'm afraid. It's all in constant development.

well, the current recommended version for running a PM server compatible with the latest MCPE version is Alpha (lacking planned features, may be unstable). http://pmmp.readthedocs.io/en/rtfd/installation.html
