So you basically want to spawn an item on top of a chest or a snowball-like shooting?

Maybe both?
Cause The Word 'Shoot out' and 'top of the chest'

You making something and make that something happen is a very common occurrence however what if you make something that prevent something from something that preventing something to happen.
