This is more of a lack of my knowledge in php, because im more acquainted with java. I ran the pmmp installer that came with v.1.4.1 for mcpe 0.10.5 and replaced the .phar to the updated version, and updated the start command. I was unsuccessful with replacing the php 5 to php 7 and was looking for advice on how to update that on windows 10.

That’s a stupid mistake. You used a old, out of date, non functioning installer.

    Use the one provided here.
    https://forums.pmmp.io/threads/pocketmine-mp-1-6-2-installer-windows.2022/

    Replace the phar, then enjoy.
