Solved Incompatible network protocol version (plugin requires one of: 361)

I use latest official release 3.10 v1.13

I have an issue with EconomyShop, EconomySell and Slapper because protocol number is wrong (361)

There's no issue here,
the plugins that are not loading due to mcpe-protocol tag are deliberately not loading because they do not support the protocol your on.

Simply the plugin does not support MC 1.13.0 you have to wait for the plugin to be updated.
