Next post subscribe your help exactly, no the text in description. Download a old phar version like a Genisys 0.14.3 phar, this phar no need DevTools, already have the command /makeplugin and /extractplugin . Search this phar or other old in YouTube

 

That's not what the OP was asking for... also, please don't advertise Genisys. Besides, it having the commands implemented in by default, is really just taken from DevTools.
