Without providing sufficient information, nobody will be interested because it's no difference from any other average server. Perhaps you should show some spoilers of what you want to do to get people interested.

also, some here are open source fanatics. You should also say if the plugins are gonna be open source, and if, with what license.

Checkout ServerSelector, a plugin which lets you select multiple Servers/Lobbies.
