I can´t start Pocketmine-MP/Ich kann Pocketmine-MP nicht starten

    Hello everyone,
    i have downloaded the .phar file and the start.bat file. I opened the start.bat fil with a double mouse click, and then says cmd the following words to me:
    The Command ``php´´ is either misspelled or could not be found.
    What can I do? My actual Version is MCPE 1.16.1.
    P.s. I´m a german guy, so excuse my bad english...

    Für Deutsche:
    Wenn ich einen Doppelklick auf die Start.bat Datei ausführe, kommt immer, dass entweder der Befehl ``php´´ falsch geschrieben ist oder das er nicht gefunden werden konnte.
    Kann mir jemand helfen? Meine aktuelle Version ist MCPE 1.16.1. Screenshot (4).png
