How to set weather on level?

    Hello everyone, sorry for my last thread where I mentioned a spoon of pmmp, now I using last pocketmine-mp server software and i wondering how to set weather in level. I didnt find anything about that in Level.php class.

    Weather has been WIP for pmmp for a while. I attempted to add it in a PR before, but gave up :p
