hey I don't no how to make Phar PocketMine.phar

If you have DevTools installed on your server, run /makeserver command.

 

I know but I want to edit and make it phar again for title.

 

I think edit pocketmine is not supported in that forum know if you edit it This forum Can't help you.
So un phar it do what do you want and phar it .

You can run the server as source with DevTools loaded, then run /makeserver to make a phar from the source.
