How i use Skin->capeData ?

I want change player cape. How i use Skin->capeData; or what is the png char long.

 

/plugins/cape.png

I put my cape.png to plugins file

Thanks so much. I tested but i get call to undefined function imagecreatefrompng error. Its not perceive this function. How i solve. Its end question .

You should enable GD in your php file if you use windows it will be simply just edit it in php file you will see it:
;extension-gd
make it:
extension-gd

but if your php isn't windows this will be so complex
