How do i Get PMMP

How do i Get pmmp and what is pmmp is PocketMine-MP?
im really confuse

 

PMMP (PocketMine-MP) is a server software for MCPE written in PHP. To get it, check out http://pmmp.readthedocs.io/en/rtfd/installation.html#using-https-get-pmmp-io-linux-macos-only. NOTE: You will have to update the PHP binaries. To do that, download the .tar.gz from https://jenkins.pmmp.io, extract it, and replace the bin directory in your server's directory with the new bin folder you got from extracting the .tar.gz file you got from Jenkins
