Solved how change nick

is there any way to change the gametag or nickname inside the game?

no, only on the xbox live website.
In pmmp you can change the display name or catch the LoginPacket and change the name there.

 

Where is the LoginPacket ?

I'm not a programmer, I thought I could do this with a plugin or a configuration!

use Grabbag plugin and /nick command

it work fine

 

Grabbag just change the nick in the chat, and it does not save the change, when the player clears the original name again

 

Try EssentialsPE which has /nick to change your nickname. The nickname should save.
