HotBar Menu

Does anyone know of a working menu plugin. Like cosmeticmenu but in the hotbar.
Where you join the server and you get three blocks.
1. Diamond Block
- That says servers and you right click it and it brings up more blocks saying what servers there are and when you click it, it teleports you to that server.
2. Emerald Block
- Settings to enable a pet.
3. Gold Block
- Time Settings. By setting it day or night.

 

That would be awesome. Hope there is a plugin like that

 

and I know there is but im only sure at pc

 

I have seen it on AvengeTech and VastLands.

 

I started a plugin for it, but I haven't been able to work on it for a while since my PC is being worked on. If someone knows what needs done to make it work, feel free to make a PR
