Help, Localhost server

Hello, 1 week ago I made a Pocketmine server, so as far as I know, once the file that starts the server is open, I must enter Minecraft, then go to the friends section and there my server should appear, but no, I don't appears, does anyone know how to fix this?

 

Have you recently changed your server port (for example from 19132 to 19133)? If so, change it back to 19132.

 

are you trying to join from the same device the server is running on?

 

Yes, of course, but nothing happens, first try putting my IPV4 as ip but nothing
