As far as I can tell I have everything set up correctly on my PC. Both it and my device are connected to the same WiFi network, I installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2017, and downloaded the latest pmmp version from Github. When I run start.cmd everything is fine and I can interact with the console through the command line. When I try to join from my phone though from the same network as my PC nothing shows up in the Friends tab. I have MCPE version 1.4.4 and am running Pocketmine-MP version 3.0.3. If there is anything I need to do or any more information I need to supply please let me know.

No. Do I need to if my devices are on the same network?

Are you sure there isn't a firewall installed on your PC that blocks the connection?

Also have you tried adding the Server to MCPE manually? Because sometimes Minecraft doesn't want to refresh the friends tab.

    Edit: Fix typo

I went into my firewall settings and found that for some reason I had two instances of php.exe and only one was allowed through the firewall. I allowed both through and now it is working. Thank you for your help.
