help cant break

this is my plugin

my problem the lobby and mine cant break without any protect plugin i dont know why

i already delete the worlds.phar,worldprotect.phar,worldguard.phar,iprotect.phar

plss help me

 

Have you checked your spawn protection in the server.properties file?

Set spawn protection in server.properties to -1. Also it's better to test it without all the plugins.
