   no, it doesn't. It may jump to and burn adjacent blocks, but the main spreading part is not implemented yet (see https://github.com/pmmp/PocketMine-MP/blob/master/src/pocketmine/block/Fire.php#L136 and https://github.com/pmmp/PocketMine-MP/pull/2107).
