No. Your internet speed is always from “internet > your router >your pc” There are a lot of variables for you to take in... - Is your usb slot and usb both 2.0 or 3.0 - your internet speed - size of files - your computer cpu and ram. - etc Basically, if you were to download a file, it would basically be the speed from “internet > your router > your computer”. You decide where the file goes. It’s the computer that calculates how long it takes to complete. So, if it was saved to a usb, the computer will calculate that it is slower than usual. Most browsers calculate the “computer’s calculation”+”internet download estimate speed”.

I heard if you use Code: del * /Q in admin mode on a windows pc, it will clear the system cache and cookies. That should make the system download faster. Can someone check for me?
