Question Do threads get deleted?

Hey, I've been trying to access threads that I replied to recently, but I can't find it, nor I can access it via email that was sent.

It said the following,
PMMP Forums - Error
The requested thread could not be found.

What could've happened?

 

I find it funny that part of the title on this thread contains the answer

 

But why was the thread removed? :l

 

Who knows, maybe the person positing deleted it for reasons nobody knows, or there was some moderation action taken on it (for some reason)
