Solved Disable commands

Is there a plug in that can disable commands in certain world?

Thanks I checked in poggit if World Protect plug in is in there and updated, There is

 

I ran the plug in but I noticed that when I did /wp help for commands I didn't find any "bancmd" command

 

I think you have to change config of worldprotect to enable that feature
