Solved creating a plugin for my servers

I have a proxy (Nemisys) and several servers pocketmine with SynapsePM (Plugin pocketmine) which allows to connect my server to Nemisys.

Everything works perfectly.

But now I want to go further. I want to create a party and friend system but I do not know where to start.

I do not know how I could proceed. I'm sorry for not having more details.
