Chunk Map Issue

We have no idea of what could cause it. Suggestions ? Even if you break a block, the area doesnt load

 

When we take out the server core, everything work, here are the features of the core
- Permission Part - Chat Part - Proxy Part - Warps - Warps Commands - Groups Commands - Chat related - Tags - BossBar - Command Needed - BossBar - Kits - Punishments - Tags - Chat management - Partial ANTI-CHEAT - Combat Logging

 

It sounds like you need to remove that plugin or have a developer take a look at it, then.
