I want to know how to make a plugin that allows players to brake bedrock, but pay for each bedrock that brake? My server is a faction server so braking bedrock is necessary but making it too easy to brake it wouldn't be fair. So yeah.

normally people use obsidian breakers as breaking bedrock aka fire shit ton of tnts and it might break

the client cant even break it so the event wont be fired

You can do some hacks like Muqsit says look at this thread: 'https://forums.pmmp.io/threads/block-break-time.5350/'
that's exactly what you're looking for, but you can't use BlockBreakEvent or or some basic event made in pocketmine because bedrock hardness is client sided, basically it's complicated to do this if you do not know how to do hack into pocketmine, but I think it's the only method to do this.
