Best settings for pocketmine.yml to reduce lag

Can someone tell me what is the best setting for my pocketmine.yml
I have good internet connection. 1mb/s is my download speed so I think thats enough for my server
My server gets exhausted every 8 hours so I need to get the best settings for my pocketmine.yml

 

Can you give us some information on the host device? RAM, OS, etc? You can also look into an auto-restart plugin to keep the server running well.

 

RAM : 2GB
OS : Windows 8 Pro Build 9200 (32 bit)

 

You can try changing the memory limits if needed.

 

The default pocketmine.yml settings should be fine. As @corytortoise says you should restart at least every 3 hours or so anyway... other than that: get a 64bit machine with the best CPU you can afford, and an SSD.
